As well as being fun, stereograms are a great way to relax the mind. Often we spend our whole days focussing our eyes on  close up items such as computer monitors, books, equipment or tools.

Because 'Magic eye' pictures work by looking 'through' the picture into the distance, they help encourage the eyes to relax.
