All of our classes are drop in, or you can book ahead. We recommend booking so that you are not disappointed if the class is full. Before attending your first class you will need to read and complete our induction form. You can bring it with you to your first session. You will need a pdf reader such as Adobe Reader to access the form. You will get warm, so wear something loose and comfortable. Bring a mat if you have one, or you can use one of ours. We spend a few minutes relaxing at the end of the class and some people like to bring a blanket to relax under. |

With Dynamic Yoga we combine a range of static asanas with flowing moves known as vinyasa. This combination builds strength and flexibility as we generate lots of internal heat that helps us achieve deeper stretches. The class has an Ashtanga feel to it.
